Cynthia de Nevers Trutner is a partner in the Larkspur office of Bancroft & McAlister, representing and advising individual clients on all aspects of trusts and estate planning. In addition, she represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and probate administrations.
Genevieve Murphy Moore is a partner in the Larkspur office of Bancroft & McAlister. She advises clients on estate and gift planning through the use of wills, revocable trusts, and various types of irrevocable trusts.
Johanna A. Kecskes is an associate attorney in the Larkspur office of Bancroft & McAlister, representing and advising clients on all aspects of trusts and estate planning. In addition, she represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and probate administrations.
Helene is an affiliate in Marin. She represents business and estate planning clients. She began her legal career in 1989 as a summer clerk in the firm predecessor’s San Francisco offices.
John is from our Walnut Creek office.He received an A.B. in English, with Distinction and Departmental Honors, from Stanford University in 1979, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
